Terms And Conditions Of Sale

RETURNS
No goods will be accepted for return without our prior agreement, and a 15% handling charge will be made if goods are accepted for return for any reason other than faults of manufacture. Please note that most paint colours are made to order and we do not accept returns on these products.

The customer will have to pay for the carriage costs of delivery and return, Customers have a duty to take care of the goods and they must be returned to us by the customer, and in a new and unused and resalable condition.

 

All Parts Are Guaranteed 12 months against faulty manufacture, and should any original component prove defective in terms of material deficiency, you may return the part  to us for inspection and if the part  proves  to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, then we will replace the part. 

 

Cancellations. All cancellations and returns are subject to a handling charge of 15% to cover the cost of processing the order and payment and refunding the payment. Orders can be cancelled up to despatch and orders can be returned under the distance selling regulations, all are subject to the handling charge of 15% if a refund is required.

UK delivery only!  We only deliver to mainland UK addresses.

 

When your goods arrive. Please check your goods on arrival before signing the delivery sheet, for your own added consumer protection and peace of mind, it is extremely important to check the goods before signing to say that you have received them in good condition, the carrier staff will wait a reasonable and appropriate time whilst you make this check. If  you receive your goods and after checking them, find that they have been damaged in transit, do not sign for them or sign that the goods are damaged, email us immediately

 

We cannot be held responsible for any consequential loss should your order not arrive on the day arranged, we act in good faith and arrange deliveries with a carrier company who are out of our realm of control, it is extremely rare for a delivery not to arrive on the day advised, but if not delivered on that day another convenient day will be arranged. With any of our delivery options, no refunds can be made if the delivery ordered is not met due to storms, national emergencies, or acts of terrorism, in such circumstances our carrier will endeavour to get your order to you as soon as possible and this will still take priority over standard deliveries.
